This sets the stage for a successful collaboration to see if it is in the realm of possibilities to manufacture your solution outside of your existing limitations, but within the limitations of our Print manufacturing technologies and composite materials selection available.
With a clear understanding of your needs, we can design and propose customized 3D Print solution(s) that addresses your needs or "pain points", optimize efficiency and sustainability.
We can provide CAD (Computer Aided Design) services if you don't already have a design. With our cutting-edge technology including materials selection, we can then create a digital copy ("digital twin") of your design to see if it is possible to manufacture your solution, meet your requirements and provide you a cost estimate for manufacturing this product. *Costs will apply for this Design Services phase.
Once we have assessed it meets your requirements and approval received, we proceed to schedule the manufacturing process (additive print and/or milling). We use a state-of-the-art Large-Scale Format (LSF) 3D printer and composite materials to bring your design to life with precision and efficiency.
We adhere to stringent Quality Control measures throughout the process to ensure the final product meets your standards of accuracy and durability.
