Our mission is to revolutionize industries by leveraging cutting-edge large-scale 3D printing (additive manufacturing) and milling technologies. We can provide sustainable, custom manufacturing solutions that drive innovation and efficiency, using composite and recycled materials to help reduce CO2 emissions and support a Circular Economy.
Our core values serve as the foundation of everything we do. They embody our unwavering dedication to sustainability, innovation, and positive impact. These core values guide our decisions, actions, and interactions, ensuring that we remain steadfast in our pursuit of a more sustainable and eco-friendly future. They serve as a compass, directing us toward positive environmental and social impact in everything we do.
Welcome to Circularity Labs Manufacturing as a Service (MaaS), where we can transform your ideas into reality. We are committed to provide a range of applications that will meet or exceed your expectations.
Large-scale 3D printing solutions offer a fully digital production process designed to enhance productivity, and shorten production times. This manufacturing solution can service various industries and is ideal for applications such as jigs, plugs & moulds, and structural or decorative end-parts. It is engineered to meet a diverse range of application requirements utilizing a range of reinforced and recycled thermoplastic materials.
The print system combines Large Scale 3D printing with 5-axis high speed milling in a single integrated Manufacturing Centre. We can provide Manufacturing as a Service (MaaS) so your ideas can become reality.
Extrusion based Additive Manufacturing with a large print bead width from 5 mm to 50mm. Fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polymer pellets (virgin or recycled) are melted and extruded in precise-layers to form a unified structure.
3D printed parts are machined to precision tolerances and high surface finish, the printed near net shape component. This is a high performance 5-axis milling system and is ideal for large part and mould production.

We investigated various print solutions including a robotic-arm system from Europe, but decided on partnering with CNC Design for their state of the art gantry print & milling system as it s better suited for our business model of providing additive Manufacturing as a Service (MaaS) for the New Zealand market.
We provide Support locally. CNC Design as a support partner is a world class leader in Asia Pacific and Europe on 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing.
Thermoplastic polymer pellets are made from virgin or recycled materials. We can use feedstock from recycled HDPE (i.e. milk or shampoo bottles) and add carbon Fiber or glass Fiber for strength. The choice of materials for new product development is a crucial aspect that plays a pivotal role in meeting the diverse needs of various industries. Different projects may demand specific properties such as strength, flexibility, durability, heat resistance, UV-resistant, or anti-bacterial etc.
We have partnered with Innomerix, a materials compounding and testing laboratory to assist us with expert advice, testing of local feedstock grades and developing master batches for compounding thermoplastic materials suitable for printing various applications.
